A simple receipt for freelancers and small businesses
A receipt is proof that you received a payment. Customers ask for one to claim expenses, return products or keep their own records, and it protects you too when a payment is questioned later. Handwritten receipts look improvised; a tidy PDF looks like a real business.
Enter each item as “description; quantity; unit price”. Prices accept both 1,234.56 and 1.234,56, and amounts are formatted in the currency you choose. The receipt number and date are optional; leave the date blank to use today.
This generator is meant for payments you actually received. It has no templates that copy real stores or brands, and a receipt is not a tax invoice: where the law requires an official invoice, issue it through your tax authority’s system.
