When you need to extract email addresses
Contact details end up buried in all kinds of places: long email threads, exported CRM reports, contact cards, form submissions and HTML templates. Finding each address by hand is slow and it is easy to miss one or copy a typo.
The extractor scans the whole text for anything shaped like an email address, trims stray punctuation and reports how many addresses and domains it found. The list can be pasted straight into a spreadsheet column or an import screen.
Use it only on text you are entitled to process, such as your own contacts or customer records. Sending marketing email to addresses collected without consent breaks anti-spam and privacy laws. Your text is not stored.
