When duplicating pages saves time
Printing several copies of a form, handing out the same worksheet to a class or preparing a sign-in sheet for many attendees all require the same page repeated inside a single file. Duplicating it once is faster and more reliable than setting print options on every device.
You can repeat only the pages you choose, or the whole document. Copies are inserted right after the original page, so a two-page form duplicated twice becomes page 1, page 1, page 2, page 2.
