Break up CSV files that are too big
Many tools and importers limit how many rows a CSV can have. Splitting into smaller parts lets you import a large file in chunks, and every part repeats the header so it is valid on its own.
Quoted fields with commas and line breaks are kept intact. Up to 50 parts are produced at once.
